Tap the menu at the top left to choose a room.

Each room's capacity is shown in the top right.

The timer shows the availability status of the current room
(syncs once per minute).

Tap the Calendar button to open the booking window.

Fill out the form and tap Book! to create a booking.

The calendar displays the bookings for the selected room, any changes in Cobot will be reflected here.

Tapping the tabs at the top of the calendar will switch between week, month, and agenda views.

Currently, flex members can only book from their original location.
